Following the success of recent origami online workshops, there will be further events in January. This free event is open to ArtServe members only and will be held on Zoom.
This time we will be making paper roses out of discarded Christmas wrapping paper, creating something beautiful, and reducing post-Christmas rubbish. So, a lovely way to relax together and help the environment too!
For those who did battle with complex folds for the origami boxes, you’ll be relieved to hear that you’ll only need to do one simple fold this time!

These pretty roses can be made into a wreath for an internal door, used as a ‘bow’ for gift giving, or even put on sticks and use to create a vase of flowers. They also look pretty made into a table decoration, with the potential for adding a candle as a centrepiece or made into a bunch of flowers for a friend.
How to book
To register for this event please email . You will then be sent joining instructions, a materials list, and the template for you to use to cut out the shapes from your paper.
Hope to see you there!
