Following the success of recent online workshops, there will be further events in May. This free event is open to ArtServe members only and will be held on Zoom.
Thread wrapping is a wonderful, mindful activity, suitable to do on your own or in a group, which creates beautiful pieces, which look far more complicated to create than they actually are!
In our workshop we are going to make these beautiful, wrapped boards, using cardboard, embroidery thread and double-sided tape.
I have used mine as decoration for a greeting card, as a drink coaster, decoration for the front of a plain notebook and even to cover up the branding on a useful box left over from a gift set.
