We will be taking our Festival theme of Wellsprings forward as we share a bookbinding project, and you will finish with a beautiful hand-stitched book to record your thoughts, poetry, pictures, designs and Bible insights or you may want to use it as a prayer journal. Please note, that the book we will be making is different to one taught at Festival.

The book will be split into different sections, so it can be used in a variety of ways. The design of this book has an added benefit of being refillable, and I’ll show you how to do this at the workshop too. The books can be made with a hard or soft cover, and the materials and instructions will be given for both.

This project would be ideal for you to share with any of your church groups as it is a very achievable design to make and share and can be made without purchasing specialist equipment or tools. If your church has themed preaching or Bible study sessions planned for Advent, the workshop is perfectly timed for you to make and use the books for that too.
