Friday 18 – Sunday 20 October

This year’s festival has plenty of activities to inspire your creativity in worship. In particular, we look at how music and sound have influenced our creative spirituality. The keynote speaker is the Revd Jenny Pathmarajah.

This year’s festival Creating Harmony has activities to inspire your creativity in worship. In particular, we will look at how music and sound have influenced some of our creative spirituality.
Our keynote speaker is the Revd Jenny Pathmarajah, a Methodist presbyter based in Cambridge. Jenny is a gifted musician, with an interest in the often uneasy relationship between spiritual and secular music, and how both have their place in our Christian life and worship.
We hope you’ll join us for a weekend of fellowship, worship and creativity, with opportunities to meet up with other Christian creatives, practise our creative skills, learn new ones, and share our creative faith journeys together.
The annual festival weekend, usually held in October, is our main event of the year. Previously the venue alternated between The Hayes (Derbyshire) and High Leigh (Hertfordshire), but we've found it increasingly difficult to keep costs down at these venues, hence the decision to hold this year's festival at Kents Hill Park.
