Username and password
You were given a username and initial password when you joined. If you didn't give us an email address you cannot be registered on the website and cannot log in.
You must log in with your username; you can't use your email address as a username.
Password reset
Unfortunately, pending a software update, the password reset mechanism isn't working. If you have forgotten your password, please email and ask for your password to be reset. You will be sent a new password which you should change as soon as you have logged in.
Shared email addresses
If you share your email address with another ArtServe member only one of you can be registered on this website.
Change of email address
You can still log in even if you have changed your email address, but please inform if any of your contact details has changed.
